Halle Berry is facing temporary restrictions on visitation with her 12-year-old son following allegations made by her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez.
A Los Angeles County judge granted Martinez a temporary restraining order after he alleged that Berry physically assaulted their son during an argument in September. The allegations have not been proven in court, and Berry’s attorney strongly denies them.
Berry will continue to have visitation twice during the week and every other weekend. The judge declined Martinez’s request for Berry’s sobriety to be monitored, citing insufficient information.
The temporary order remains in effect until an October 16 hearing, while the former couple is also scheduled for mediation on October 14.
