Actress Halle Berry has lost primary physical custody of her 13-year-old son to ex-husband Olivier Martinez, according to reports, but retains joint legal custody.

However, Berry reportedly won the separate dispute over Martinez’s request for a restraining order.

The custody battle follows abuse allegations made by Martinez, which Berry has denied.

Her daughter, Nahla Aubry, has also disputed the claims in a court declaration.
